We deliver professional, multi-camera live streaming for events of all shapes and sizes. Using broadcast-quality cinema cameras, custom switching gear and crystal-clear audio, we make sure your message is seen and heard exactly how you intended.

Whether it's a corporate event, awards night, theatre performance, conference or product launch, we create a seamless viewing experience from start to finish. Our setup includes up to eight camera angles, real-time picture-in-picture overlays, and a branded landing page for your audience to watch it all unfold.

Born from necessity, built with purpose

When events went virtual in 2020, we saw a clear gap in the market. Low-budget options lacked quality, and high-end providers weren’t affordable for most small to medium events.

We stepped in with a solution that combined professional production values with practical pricing. Live streaming became a natural extension of our video work, backed by the same creativity, strategy and care that defines everything we do.

We’re not just the tech crew. With backgrounds in event management, video production and marketing, we understand how to run a smooth show while thinking like a strategist.

We use a mix of static and operated cameras to cover every angle, with our experienced crew managing live zooms, pans and tracking. We collaborate closely with your AV suppliers to ensure the sound and lighting are as good as the visuals.

Everything is captured on broadcast-level cinema cameras, the same kind used for TV and film. That means no blurry frames or poor lighting, just high-quality content ready to go live or be repurposed later.

  • We are not the cheapest nor the most expensive live streaming providers in Canterbury. However, if you value good quality video footage with multiple camera angles (including close ups) and want to ensure your viewers can hear clearly what is being said then we are your people! Every live stream setup is completely different, so drop us a message and we’ll quickly come back to you with a quote for your event. our live streaming packages start from $2500 + GST

  • We offer live streaming for wedding ceremonies at limited venues. We need to have access to high speed internet and power and ideally the ceremony would be indoors. Please feel free to ask if you aren’t sure and we can let you know

  • Absolutely! If you are looking for a quick, easy and low-cost/free option for live streaming, a mobile phone is a great idea. Just remember to consider things like battery power, mobile data usage (and coverage), how will viewers hear what is happening and if you want an actual recording of the video to use later.

  • We offer discounted rates for charities and schools, please let us know if your organisation falls into one of these categories.

  • Yes! But even better, to ensure the viewers at home can see everything those in the room can, we can show your presentation on the live stream AND have a camera view of the person speaking over the top of slides on screen too.

  • Yes we do. We can provide wired microphones and wireless (for question & answer sessions) as well as speakers for the room. This way both your in person audience and your virtual audience can hear what is being said. If you have a large event, we would recommend using a professional audio visual company for your sound who we can work alongside to provide audio to your live stream audience.

  • We record every live stream locally so, if the internet drops out, we can simply head back to the office after your event and upload the recorded video file to the same link…your viewers can get right back to watching.

  • Yes of course! We will provide you with a link to your video file after your event. You can download the file to your device and upload it to your own video platform or website.

    If you would like us to create some shorter clips for your social media from your live stream, we can do that too!

  • Every live stream has your own personalised page on our live stream hub. We can theme this to match your branding and even include any written words you would like on the page. Your live stream stays online and accessible for three months, or we can disable it earlier if required. We will provide you with a link which you can send out to your audience well in advance of your event date.

  • Yes, we can provide you with an unlisted stream and a password protected stream to ensure privacy. Only those with the link and/or password would be able to access it.

    1. We require a high speed, unlimited data, wired internet connection to run a live stream. Our live streams do not use a lot of bandwidth, so there is no need to worry about your venue having a large internet bill, any standard unlimited connection will have far more than enough data for us.

    2. We require access to power.

    3. We need time to set up and pack down. Set up can be 2-4 hours depending on the equipment needed, packout takes 1-2 hours. Please ensure this is factored into your venue hire time.

    4. We need you to tell us everything which will be happening at your event (even if you have surprises for your guests). Things like: having a presentation, a performance are important to us, the number of people speaking, question & answer sessions, if you are playing music or a video, if you are having a half time break during your event, etc.

    5. For larger events, if you are running a technical rehearsal, we need to be there.

  • We utilise a minimum of three cameras for a live stream, one is operated specifically to provide a moving camera (for zooming and panning). We can provide up to eight cameras and more camera operators for large events.
